Crowns and Hearts was created from a simple, heartfelt intention—to build a sanctuary where women can exhale, feel cared for, and experience self-care as something sacred.

I’m Cecelia Settem, a licensed esthetician, massage therapist, and nail technician with over 20 years in the beauty and wellness industry. My journey began with a deep passion for helping people feel confident in their skin and at ease in their bodies. Over the years, I’ve refined my skills through hands-on experience, advanced training, and thousands of client sessions, always guided by one core belief: beauty should feel nurturing, not intimidating.

Before opening Crowns and Hearts, I worked in a variety of spa environments that helped shape my approach—blending results-driven treatments with warmth, empathy, and genuine connection. As a wife, mother, and one of eight siblings, caring for others has always been part of who I am. Creating my own spa allowed me to build a life with more time for my family while also offering my clients a space that feels personal, luxurious, and heart-centered.

At Crowns and Hearts, my goal is to offer more than just services. Each facial, massage, or nail treatment is designed to be a moment of restoration—where you feel seen, supported, and beautifully cared for. My work is rooted in the belief that self-care is sacred, and that when women feel balanced and radiant, it ripples into every part of their lives.
